Refund policy

We have a 7 day exchange policy, which means we will need to receive the item back by day 7 after receiving your item to request an exchange ONLY. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. 

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Unless it is our mistake, you will be responsible for shipping the change back and will also be charged shipping for the new item you are wanting in exchange. If it is a mistake on our end, we will happily cover the shipping costs.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


 Non-returnable items 
All sale items and all orders that use a discount code are final. All jewelry and hats are final sale. 


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
